The innovation assistant was hired on November 1st, 2018. She has been given responsibilities in various departments of Serana Europe GmbH.
Through the cooperation of the innovation assistant in the production and quality control internal processes in the departments were efficient and minimizes error rates – and thus to increase the company’s profitability.
The planned collaboration on the ZIM project together with partners the setting is also the innovation capacity of the company benefit.
Of course, the gender mainstream principle is observed. In addition to the innovation assistant, two more new employees were hired during the project period, who come from different countries and balance the ratio between men and women in the company. With the promotion and recruitment of the innovation assistant, the cross-cutting objective of equality between men and women has also been achieved. In the weekly working meeting, the management ensures that the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination are observed.
The employee has received a permanent contract. If the requirements placed on them are met, it is planned to employ them after the end of the measure.
